loopd: live turns use the session's slot

Stopped: the branch check at the top of the task failed. `git branch --show-current`
printed `master`, not the required `m5d2`, and no `m5d2` branch exists locally.
Per the task's stop condition and the instruction to never switch branches, work
did not begin. This commit records only the stopped row in the implementer log.
