6e5c500786 Update project docs to reflect current state after post-Phase 10 polish 
- PROGRESS.md: remove stale known issues (all fixed), add post-Phase 10
  feature polish section covering toolbar redesign, 4 pen sizes, line/box/move
  tools, edge swipe nav, page reorder, notebook rename, filter/sort, JPG
  export, clipboard ops, startup state restoration, and DB migrations
- PROJECT_PLAN.md: add Phase 11 (Server Sync Integration) and Phase 12
  (Notebook Backup/Export) with step breakdowns
- DESIGN.md: add Tools table, sync architecture section, backup/export design,
  JPG export, stroke styles, startup state restoration, edge swipe nav; update
  rendering strategy (3-layer compositing), source tree, schema, and pen sizes
- CLAUDE.md: update build commands, architecture, source tree, and key
  conventions to match current codebase

85a210c001 Update docs for DC-1 testing, fix toolbar clipping 
- Updated DESIGN.md: rendering strategy (no backing bitmap, screen-space
  grid, viewport clamping), added line snap and box tool documentation
- Updated PROGRESS.md: DC-1 testing results and fixes applied
- Updated CLAUDE.md: key conventions for rendering
- Fix toolbar overlap: use clipToBounds on canvas AndroidView to prevent
  it from drawing over the toolbar area

39adcfaaa4 Implement Phase 10: e-ink polish and finalize project docs 
- High-contrast theme with expanded color palette for e-ink readability
- Updated source trees in DESIGN.md
- Updated PROJECT_PLAN.md and PROGRESS.md — all phases complete
  (only on-device performance profiling remains)

8f41c41589 Add Makefile with build, test, run, and devrun targets 
Makefile wraps Gradle commands and adds emulator/device launch targets:
- run: builds, starts DC-1 emulator if needed, installs and launches
- devrun: builds, installs and launches on connected USB device
- Updated CLAUDE.md and DESIGN.md source trees

Initial project setup with README, CLAUDE.md (AI dev context), DESIGN.md
(full technical design covering architecture, data model, coordinate system,
rendering strategy), PROJECT_PLAN.md (phased implementation steps), and
PROGRESS.md (completion tracking).
