kyle 90a572eabb rift: drop MCP config (containers already stopped) ...

Remove mcp.nix/mcpkg.nix, MCP firewall ports, MCNS nameserver, and
~mcp.metacircular.net. Leave LUKS FIDO2. Do not delete /srv/mcp.
