Nigel Vander Houwen daa4befe2c General FoxHunt example sketch fixups. Added code comments to aid understanding. Added a number of serial prints so you can see what it's doing. Two extremely powerful functions:

setCtcssEncoder(float freq)
setCtcssDecoder(float freq)

Yes, that does mean *any* frequency, including non-standard CTCSS tones.
