1a77f28ce4 Add syntax highlighting infrastructure 
- Introduced `HighlighterRegistry` with support for multiple language highlighters (e.g., JSON, Markdown, Python).
- Added `JsonHighlighter` implementation for basic JSON syntax highlighting.
