Replace local TOML loading with mcdsl/config.Load[Config] which adds METACRYPT_ environment variable overrides. ServerConfig and MCIASConfig now embed their mcdsl counterparts, extending with ExternalURL and ServiceToken respectively. DatabaseConfig and LogConfig replaced with mcdsl types directly.
