Kyle Isom f2f764289f Bump mcdsl to adopt $PORT env var support ...

Update mcdsl from v1.0.1 to v1.0.2-0.20260327074919-f94c4b1abf9c
(port-env-support branch) which adds $PORT environment variable
support for HTTP and gRPC server configuration.
